so i was working on an avater for myself. browsing my pics. and then i was like 'omg hey this would be perfect for a hitler/goebbels gif!'...or really any gif.
then i realized i don't have the software to make animated GIFs. so i downloaded some free ones. one was crappy and the other one was pleasing, kind of awesome...only i couldn't save the gif because i wasn't registered and lack the money (and will to pay out such money) to pay for it.
so. what do you guys use? and, any suggestions? i can totally go out and find me some software to buy (because i want to make animations anyways), but i just lack internet-money-ability.
