Personally, I use lycos.com to host lolerkraut.
It's a good website and give a lot of tips to make something nice (( but you have to pay moar to have SQL settings ! WTF ! >:C )

They'll even let you host hard core pr0n (lol, hungary is teh pornocapital of the universe), but the site is only in Hungarian. Quick translation to help anyone who wants to register there:

1. Felhasználónév választása (choose a username) must be English letters or _ sign with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 16 characters. Type it in and hit the következő button.
2. Jelszó választása (choose a password) English letters or _ sign with a minimum of 4, maximum 8. Type and retype password, hit következő.
3. Ellenörzés (security) type the security code and that's it.

It is a good service even by pay service standards, for free it is excellent. I've been using it to host shit for a few months and never had any problems. They don't care about Nazi stuff, either.
