Yeh, [un]deviantART really amazes me lately, but it also just reminds me how incredibly stupid the world can be (something I am just now discovering first-hand... I mean, in the past I knew people were dumb as hell before... but, WOW).

I try to stay out of the range of the almighty flamethrowers of those that control the different few out there that seem to have a real brain functioning, but at some point you get fed up with the hiding and covering up of expressions and key words. Unfortunately it seems like only stupid people grow to places of power in this world.

deviantFART ... well, deep down, it's the friends and their art that still encourage me to visit the site again and again ... Sometimes it's also fun to read about some drama happening between immature people - only in small doses though D8 (any larger servings of drama will make my brain shrink).

Srsly. The "Popular" (or poopular, hur) section on the front page is the foul rotting haemorrhoid oozing with pus of mediocrity - and drama llamas get a lot of screen time as well - is it not surprising that bitchy immature butthurt lolcows get more attention than the very talented artists who aren't too big on whoring themselves... o___o;

And the Daily Deviation standards have sunk ever since the new GDs hopped in :c They really should rename it as "Staff Pick" if they want to emphasise it so much of being simply a gallery director's favourite pic of the day instead of being some award to be proud of. Hmmm.
But then again ... it still gives exposure to the artist who got picked. In good or in bad.

And I'm still annoyed by the fact that my crappy sloppily doodled Princess Daisy fanart has more pageviews than anything else I've posted on dA. XD
