I hate DA as well. lol i did do immature things like troll a lot (mainly LOLSNOGGER AND ZOMGCHASE <333) but now to see what it really is, now DA is turning into Youtube! DA is no art site, it is just like myspace except you can post art. Just about all the admins suck. You have to lick sum major cock if you want to be unbanned, I have seen them unban people worse then me, anyway, DA is just turning into a heaping pile of LULZ with lame animoo arts. :U lol

And it is all page view based, They also rate your art on page views it seems. and what really fucking pisses me off they will not let me transfer my sub when i was banned and i had about 3 months of it left WTF...well that was money wasted to the person that bought me that sub. and i still has about 2 months of it left <333

And it is funny how they randomly pick shitty art for DDs sometimes, and photography, yes it is nice, but WTF......i have seen HAND DRAWN things better then photography, and always when you say why is it a DD you get flammed more then hell. touchy much. and ever since chasethehedgehog, the admins will not ban him because he attracts flammers and the admins will have more people to ban hammer to have fun, so instead of trying to stop all this they leave one of the biggest trolls on DA unbanned, and taking sorrow for him when it is only his own fault baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawww...

DA is just a greedy company is all. now-a-days they will ban you for just about anything, ANYTHING. Deviantart is more like TrollArt. Most of the good artists are gone now. DeviantART is also E-harmony now, people getting E-married, i see it everywhere, DA even had a new article about it, letting you get e-married and what not, uhm, what the bloody hell does e-marrying have to do with ART?!?!?

One more thing to add, i know a lot have said this but i hate it how DA thinks it is the best thing since sliced bread, I've seen better then DA. DA is just stuck in a hole, they haven't even seen what other art sites have to offer. Also, if DA gets it's own paint chat, i will be very scared then, WTF.......>_<

Just take a look on deviantART_snark (( which are FAAAAAAR more horrible than the picture on wtf_FA. )... and you can see all those mary-sues having 437809483098 favs because they drew yaoi (( note: I have nothing against yaoi. but I have something against badly drawn yaoi which get a lot of favs. )

But you see. Myspace is shit but they're still people on it. :C I don't think DA is going to disapear. It's just going to be considered as a... bad art art website. We need something better. FA is very good, but wow, people will criticize it because of the furfags. And nobody is on SheezyART. What, now ?

FA isn't that bad, it seems okay but I'm lost there. I think Storm-artists.net is going to be the new DA, SAn. is cool, but the people are butthurt LOL. But I haven't had any trouble since i joined C: SA.n just needs a boost, and a chance. I bet there are tons of other un-discovered artsites that are just as awesome but unknown. we just need to dig them up and find them.

the thing about DA is..its such a huge place with millions of people in it.. nowadays you have to dig in deep to find the good artists who don't care about being popular and all that bullshit.

another great gallery is y!gallery.. tho.. you can only post males and they got rid of the furfags a year or so ago. well, you can still post furry, but it can't appear in the main gallery. i mean..there is some drama there.. but i mean, this is the internet. its impossible for a community site to not have drama and some bullshit, but y! is pretty decent. i'm just a lurker there.. but its the perfect sanctuary for artists who love men and man on man action...and it is the only site that is male-only. so for all us folks how don't like het.. its perfect. and it of course was created because so many people couldn't post that kinda art on DA.

DA... well, you people say yaoi is so popular..and it is.. but i still see people's man on man stuff get totally trashed by idiots. there are still plenty of flamers....

i mean.. i saw a crappily drawn pic that was bashing a certain paring, and it got over 3000 FAVES. and thousands of comments from people who agreed or said how much they hated yaoi.

the thing that sucks about such a huge community like DA is that the content of the pic matters more than the quality. :/

but the only reason i stay at DA, is because like i've said before, its the only place i can post my art and get noticed, and there are some really great people i watch there.
